Byrdhouse Blistered Cherry Tomatoes
These blistered cherry tomatoes are easy, tasty, and pretty. This is a great way to whip up a side dish, or an add-on for a salad, in about one minute. Be careful and quick with these — we want 'em blistered, not blown apart!
Ingreadient
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon white sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Direction
Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add cherry tomatoes, basil, and sugar. Cook for about 30 seconds, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Continue cooking for a few seconds more until tomatoes have just started to blister.
