Easy Corn Salsa
This corn salsa with bell pepper, jalapeño, and red onion tastes great and is really colorful. I threw this recipe together when I needed something quick and easy for a Mexican-themed birthday party and it got rave reviews!
Ingreadient
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can sweet corn, drained
- 1 orange bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, or more to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- salt and black pepper to taste
Direction
- Stir corn, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, honey, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
