Lime Cilantro Rice

This cilantro lime rice is easy and delicious! Great with salmon, chicken, or turkey tacos.
Ingreadient
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
Direction
- Bring water and salt to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in rice and butter. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until rice is tender, about 20 minute
- Just before serving, add cilantro, lime juice, and lime zest.
- Enjoy!
