Sesame Broccoli

Light sesame oil works best for this recipe. Vegetable oil can be used instead.

Ingreadient

    • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
    • 2 cups chopped broccoli
    • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
    • 1 green bell pepper, sliced

Direction

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute broccoli and sesame seeds for 2 minutes. Stir in bell pepper and cook 2 to 3 minutes, until pepper is tender crisp.
