This homemade chai concentrate is so effortless, you can make a new batch every week. It’s also easy to mix things up each time with different spices while staying true to the flavor profile of authentic chai.
Ingreadient
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground star anise (optional)
Direction
- Pour sweetened condensed milk into a mixing cup.
- Add in all the spices.
- Stir well and decant into clean jars.
